First trade of the season
Sofapaka FC’s Shane Nanji completed a pre-season trade with Mozambique Stars hours after the Zanzibar FC draft.
Shane Nanji’s first order of business was pushing out Hisham Ali and Sibtain Merchant from Sofapaka for their alleged poor pre-season performances.
Veteran coach, Mazaher Najarali, pounced on the opportunity and snapped up both players in exchange for want-away youngsters Zain Abbas Merali and Imran Rashid.
